What is Coaching?

Description of Coaching: Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the IAC Code of Ethics.

Can I Reschedule My Appointment?

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date.  Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups.  It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.

Where and When Do We Meet?

The time of the coaching meetings and/or location will be determined by the Coach and Client based on a mutually agreed-upon time. The Client and Coach will meet via Zoom call.

Returns and Refunds Policy for The Success Accelerator Coaching Program
Thank you for joining our community here at draliahmajid.com . Below, you’ll find our Refund Policy. 
  • We issue refunds for our coaching program exclusively within 14 days of the original purchase of the product with the condition that the Client fills out an exit survey and she must have completed at least two core modules within the program.
  • Completed homework including but not limited to worksheets & other course materials will be required upon the refund request in order to provide a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • This includes but is not limited to clients who request a refund because they change their minds, or no longer wish to have access to the products.
We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:
  • Homework requirements have been met during our 14-day refund period.
  • After 14 days of the original purchase of the product, we will not, under any circumstances deliver partial or full refunds of the coaching program.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products immediately.
