In this week’s episode, Dr. Zuraihan Zakaria (Dr. Zue) shares with us her approach to holistic living in modern life. Dr. Zue is a Ph.D. in Medicine and she has more than 10 years of experience in health and medicine research. She also implements the things she knows about in health to her lifestyle that manages her to stay fit and strong while juggling her role as a mom to five kids.

Dr. Zue shares her definition of the holistic approach to wellness. And it covers taking care of your head to toe.

Dr. Zue shares that in people with Alzheimer’s, or schizophrenia, almost 80% of their brain cells die. And when the brain cells die they cannot renew themselves.

Dr. Zue shares that by having a purpose in what we do every day we can be happier. She shares that to get healthier, you need to care for your mood and be happy too.
